This online form is not a confirmation of your reservation for a trip with Oregon Golf Adventures. You will receive confirmation via e-mail or by telephone, providing you with more information on your trip.

A 25% Deposit is due for the trip at the time of booking. Your deposit can be refunded in full if you cancel your trip 75 days before scheduled departure; a 75% refund on the deposit will be made for all cancellations made between 30 and 60 days of the scheduled departure; No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure.

Full payment for your trip is due 45 or 75 days before your scheduled departure (depending upon destination and season).

Any prices seen on this website are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes at the time of booking.

Oregon Golf Adventures reserves the right to refuse your reservation or to cancel your trip at anytime with a full refund.
